I can't delete or adjust my old review so I'll write another review to make up for my mistake.

First, I want to sincerely apologize to the seller, the shop, and the employee for my hasty conclusion and review.

Second, the product is amazing, the reason I got the key mixed up like my last comment was because I didn't read the instructions carefully enough, the employee was patient and kind in emailing me to support with the problem and it turns out my mistake, not theirs or the manufacturer. The spamming character was fixed after restarting the keyboard in the proper way like the instruction from the employee.

To conclude, the product was great, I foam mod and tape mod it a little bit and it sounds and feels amazing. Thank you and apology for my mistake.

P.S. If the employee saw this you can help me delete my old comment and rating, I'd be grateful since I understand how much ratings can affect a product. Thank you very much!
